These systems work directly with the vehicle's existing coil or leaf springs. Increasing air pressure provides additional support when load or towing weight is added, helping return the vehicle toward its normal ride height and eliminating the rear sag that contributes to bottoming out, headlight misalignment, poor steering response and reduced stability.

Load-Up Springs are micro-cellular polyurethane springs that progressively compress as suspension load increases. They provide a plug-and-play form of height and load support with zero routine operational input, making them ideal for trade fleets, mine-spec utes and commercial applications where an onboard air system is impractical.
Air Control & Automatic Levelling Options
Airbag Man offers modular onboard-air systems to suit every driver's workflow. Manual inflation via standard tyre chuck valves is reliable for occasional towing; compressor-driven in-cab control is convenient for regular trades and tourers; and fully automatic electronic height sensors actively maintain level ride height under changing dynamic loads.
Load-assist airbags restore ride height and vehicle handling under load, but do NOT increase the manufacturer's legal Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), Gross Combination Mass (GCM) or axle ratings. Certified GVM upgrades require an engineered second-stage manufacturing package.
