Quick Lock Hinge Design
The patented Quick Lock hinge integrates the dropside retention feature into the hinge itself. This eliminates the loose pins, lynch pins or E-clips found on traditional aluminium trays, reducing rattle and simplifying dropside removal or refitting.

Dropside and Tailgate Catches
Triple M manufactures the catches from glass-reinforced nylon and overmoulds them around a steel insert for strength and durability. The low-friction operating surfaces make latch operation easier and quieter than traditional designs.

Load Restraint Points and Quick Hitch Rope Rails
The tray includes purpose-designed options for securing loads above and below dropside height. The manufacturer rates both the internal load restraint points and Quick Hitch rope rails at 400 kg.
