The Carbon Offroad 12T Kinetic Recovery Rope is constructed from Nylon66 double braided core and sheath with a specific gravity of 1.21. Nylon is a dynamic fibre that stretches under load, allowing for safe, progressive recoveries with reduced shock loading.
The more load applied, the more the rope stretches, helping protect vehicles and recovery points.
Elastic Elongation Reference
- 10 percent load at 1200kg equals 10 percent elongation
- 20 percent load at 2400kg equals 14 percent elongation
- 30 percent load at 3600kg equals 19 percent elongation
