Vehicle Model Variants

• 4x4 models only. Single Cab: SX cab chassis.
• Space Cab: SX cab chassis and LS-U styleside utility.
• Crew Cab dual cab/cab chassis: LS-U, LS-M and SX.
• Crew Cab dual cab/styleside utility: X-TERRAIN, LS-U+, LS-U, X-RIDER, LS-M and SX. BLADE is not suitable.

GVM Upgrade Approved Shock Absorbers

Digressive / Adjustable Internal Bypass: Designed and engineered for endurance, highly featured to resist shock fade and heat, specifically designed for touring and fleet vehicles, and built for comfort and control on corrugations and rough roads. Adjustable Internal Bypass shock absorbers provide adjustable damping control with 20+ settings for vehicles with varying loads, on and off road.

Suspension Kits - Front

• Assembled strut kits are complete replacement items pre-configured by the Outback Armour tech team.
• Front load options: Trail - OEM bumper (unladen); Expedition - approx 50-100kg constant front load; Expedition HD - approx 100-150kg constant front load.
• Kit inclusions: Shock Absorbers (DSV or ADJ) - 2 each, Strut Top Mounts - 2 each, Coil Springs - 1 pair.

Suspension Kits - Rear

• Expedition XHD: 35mm lift (@ approx 500kg load); 300kg minimum rear load required.
• Expedition XXHD: 35mm lift (@ approx 850kg load); 500kg minimum rear load required.
• Kit inclusions: Shock Absorbers (DSV or ADJ) - 2 each, Leaf Springs - 2 each, U-Bolts - 4 each, Shackles & Pins - 2 each, Leaf Spring Bush Kit (polyurethane) - 1 kit.
• Kits with Adjustable Internal Bypass shock absorbers require and include rear bump stops, brake line drop bracket and brake line extension.

GVM Components Required

• CAT 6 Indicator & Wiring Harness Kit - 1 kit.
• GVM Document Package (Owners Manual Supplement and Tyre Placard) - 1 kit.

Optional Extras

• Upper Control Arms - 1 kit.
• Front Bump Stop Kit - 1 kit.
• Rear Bump Stop Kit - 1 kit.
• Diff Drop Kit - 1 kit.

Original vehicle GVM and towing capacity at full GVM vary based on variant. Tyres fitted must be rated to at least 140km/h (N speed rating) for off-road vehicles.

Warranty: 5 year unlimited kilometre warranty. Warranty excludes accelerated wear and tear of original vehicle components due to increased loads.
