Trailmax Aluminium Ute Tray and Canopy System is a premium tray and modular canopy setup for supported ute, USA truck and LandCruiser 79 Series platforms. The system is built around a fully welded 5052 marine grade aluminium tray, rattle-free construction, OEM safety integration and premium inclusions as standard.

Most alloy trays have a flat rear panel with a generic trailer light bolted to it - an afterthought that looks exactly like one. Trailmax redesigned the entire rear end from the ground up, treating it as a signature design element rather than a structural necessity.

• Custom-designed integrated tail lights - purpose-built as a true part of the tray design. Each light unit includes sequential trace indicators and is designed to look and function as though it came from the factory.
• Signature dual bumper system - a purpose-built, styled component that complements the upper bumper, conceals the bare tray chassis, and houses parking sensors and radar pods in a complete, factory-integrated solution.

The Trailmax Tray is built from a fully welded 5052 marine grade aluminium core. The primary structure is welded, not assembled, meaning far fewer joints to work loose, far less vibration, and a noticeably quieter ride on unsealed roads.

It includes gull wing doors with gas struts and integrated LED lighting, remote central locking, positive pressure dust prevention, cable entry/exit management, internal mounting structure and roof mounting tracks.
